Eastern Massachusetts Girls Lacrosse Coaches Association
EMGLCA was informally created in 1998 to represent approximately forty Eastern Massachusetts high school girl’s lacrosse programs; as we have grown to over one hundred participating high schools the need to become an official organization with member schools has evolved. January 1, 2005 EMGLCA became a recognized and certified organization.
The purpose of the organization will be to gather and distribute information to member programs. A board will be assembled with a representative from each league to assist in governing the organization and to recruit coaches to participate in EMGLCA programs.
EMGLCA will require an annual membership application and dues in the amount of $20.00 each year. Only member coaches will receive electronic mailings, attend the annual coaches clinic at no additional charge and have the privilege of nominating candidates for the EMGLCA All Scholastic and All America Awards.
EMGLCA is a non-profit organization dedicated to promote girl’s lacrosse by providing a network of information and education to member coaches. The association is committed to unify, develop and represent Eastern Massachusetts girl’s lacrosse players and coaches.
